Broadcast Release

By submitting my Outdoor Story (the Outdoor Story), I agree to the following:

  • I am eighteen years of age or older and competent to enter this release agreement.
  • I grant the Passport to Texas daily radio series (the Series) and the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (the Agency) the exclusive right to reproduce, broadcast, publish, distribute or otherwise use all or part of the Outdoor Story in any type of media (including, but not limited to the Internet, radio, television, magazine, book, newspaper), along with my name and the name of the town or city in which I live, without compensation and without notice.
  • I warrant that I own all rights to the Outdoor Story and that the facts contained in the Outdoor Story are true and correct to the best of my knowledge, information and belief.
  • I release and agree to indemnify the Agency, the Series, the Series’ producers, and any radio, television or other media outlet of any type through which the Outdoor Story is reproduced, broadcast, published, distributed or otherwise used, along with their employees, officers, and agents from any and all claims, causes of action or liability of any kind attributable to the reproduction, broadcast, publication or distribution of the Outdoor Story.
  • I also understand and agree that the Series and/or the Agency is not in any way required to reproduce, broadcast, publish, distribute or otherwise use the Outdoor Story and that the Series and/or the Agency shall have sole discretion regarding the reproduction, broadcast, publication or distribution of the Outdoor Story.
  • I understand and agree that when I submit the Outdoor Story, I cannot terminate or rescind this release.
