I have to say that your program sounds great. I think everyone should be given a chance to try scuba. I am a scuba instructor and do alot of work with the handicapped and lately the wounded warrior program to open scuba up to everyone. Even those that others think can not do it. It is very rewarding and perhaps you may expand your events to include the handicapped.
Thanks.
