Boating Safety


It's boating season, and time to keep safety in mind.
Before you set out: 

*	Take a boater safety course from Texas Parks and 
Wildlife.
*	Ensure everyone on your boat wears a lifejacket at all 
times. 
*	File a float plan that includes where you will be, what 
time you will return, and who is on the boat with you; it 
will help others to locate you should you run into 
problems.
