TERMS OF USE
á Unless otherwise stated, the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department retains all rights to the image’s.
á The user agrees to be responsible for any claims or liability arising from images of subjects for which there is no model release.
á A credit line listing the copyright holder, along with photographer’s name, if available, must accompany reproductions of the image’s.
Permission to publish or otherwise reproduce the image’s is granted on a one-time basis only for the purpose stated herein. Usage rights are not transferable from the user-borrower to another user.
User shall not add to, subtract from or otherwise alter an image without written consent from TPWD. Slight cropping and subtle changes in density, contrast and overall color balance do not require approval.
