If you've considered an overnight visit to a State Park, 
but sleeping in a tent isn't for you, then Texas Parks and 
Wildlife has the answer: 

Cabins! You can take your pick of more than 80 cabins in 
11 state parks - and many are air conditioned, with full 
kitchens. 

They fill up quickly, so make your reservations early. 
You can avoid the weekend crowds with a weeknight stay.
