If you have a Texas state park enthusiast on your gift 
giving list this holiday season, find the perfect present 
for him or her at a state park store.

The majority of our products have some sort of educational 
benefit, or some sort of historical significance to the park. It's 
just an extension of the park, really. :09

Tony Lucio oversees state park stores for Texas Parks 
and Wildlife. Caps, t-shirts, books, magnets and walking 
canes are just a few items that delight visitors who 
browse the shelves at state park stores. And this time of 
year the 2007 state park Christmas ornament is in stock 
and only available when you buy a state parks pass gift 
certificate.

We invite everyone to come down to our park stores and purchase 
several items, but the one I'd like to highlight is our state park 
ornament. We have ornaments in our parks for sale. And they are 
free with the purchase of an annual pass or gift certificate. And, 
each ornament includes a little bit different piece of our state 
parks and historic sites, as far as some sort of feature of 
historical building, or some sort of animal; flora or fauna - that 
type of thing. :27

Through December 31 when you purchase a state parks 
pass gift certificate, you will receive the 2007 State Park 
Christmas Ornament free. A state park pass makes a 
great gift for the state park enthusiast on your list.
