And series writer/producer Bruce Biermann is here to highlight a few shows in the weeks ahead. One is GIS Game Wardens. They use GPS - global positioning information - to help them on a more in-depth level as first responders to emergencies; figure out how to locate things. There's also Abilene State Park - it's a very family friendly park. And they have yurts, which are these big wooden tents of sorts that you can camp in. It's real fun. The week of January seventh, McKinney Falls State Park is right in downtown Austin, almost. It's an inner city park of sorts. It's got a beautiful waterfall and really good hiking, and it's very, very accessible to the city. The week of January fourteenth is Davis Mountains State Park. There are the old CCC buildings that have been recently rebuilt out there. The lodge that you can stay at. It's a beautiful, scenic west Texas state park; there's lots of good hiking out there.
