NEIGHBORHOOD FISHIN’


Grab the kids head out to your local fishing pond for a day of 
fun. TPW’s Neighborhood Fishin’ program stocks lakes 
around Texas’ urban areas with catfish this time of year; it’s 
a fun way to get outdoors with family and friends – and bring 
home something fresh for dinner! Ponds are stocked about 
every two weeks, so the good times “reel.” Visit the “Fishing 
and Boating” section of the Texas Parks and Wildlife 
website, and find a Neighborhood Fishin’ lake near you.
