Texas Independence Day Celebration


Come celebrate Texas’ Independence at Washington-
on-the-Brazos State Park and Historic Site Saturday 
and Sunday, March 3 and 4. Admission is free. 
The weekend features kids’ activities, live music, food, 
demonstrations and living history presentations, 
including an 1836 Texas Army camp.
Washington on the Brazos State Historic Site is 
halfway between Houston and Austin. Come out and 
celebrate with us on March 3rd and 4th.
